The Initialise Partnership is Business transfer arm of Accounts Direct

Consultants generally advise and guide businesses or commercial property owners through the process of selling their business or property

Royalties – the higher of 5% net monthly turnover or £250pm – which includes:

  • Lead generation – £15 per lead**
  • National marketing, SEO, Social Media
  • Office Support & advise

Estimated Income

Income is based on the franchisee following guidance & instructions as given by Accounts Direct, BVTV & our industry expert as well as hard work and commitment.

  • Your remuneration will be made from a combination of:
  • Core monthly management fees
  • Carrying out specific jobs
  • Sale of properties & Businesses
  • Tenant Management Services
  • Your own specialism
  • Fee shares where jobs are carried out by head office specialists
  • Commissions where jobs are introduced to 3rd parties

Once established, your annual remuneration should be around £120,000 with around £15,000 costs

This is based on the ability to properly service around 50 clients, but with an active client base of only 20 – 25

Industry Expert

In order to achieve clients goals you will need to draw from a variety of services and to accommodate this we have in house teams of specialist that are able to provide the actual service required when required, along with any necessary advice or guidance as needed

You can even submit the initial fact find and we will help appraise the situation and guide next step actions for you

Some of our team of experts, although part of our team may operate independently from us, but they are still vetted and monitored to provide the service agreed. You may have to be licensed or qualified to offer some services or even sell them, but we will help you to achieve the necessary status

Operations

You tend to meet face to face with clients and as time goes by and the path is established, meetings can take place over the phone

Around 90% of you time will be spent prospecting and following up leads and appointments until your practice targets have been achieved and the time spent on prospecting will reduce to around 20% of your time and time will be spent on dealing with tenants and potential buyers

Other notes

As franchisors we operate mainly within the business to business sector.

We do however have a brand called Franklin Estates which we wish to develop so include the facilities within this franchise for no extra charge or commitment – this is so that you have an extra string to the bow if you like and also enable us to develop this as a stand-alone franchise

The operation is basically an estate agent and because of the nature of our business and contacts, the USP is to find commercial or bulk opportunities within the domestic property market.
