How do I cancel a automated scheduled payment?

To cancel any credit card payments please email to admin@accountsdirect.biz with a note advising us not to collect any future payments. Please contact us at least 3 working days before the payment is due

What happens if a payment is taken in error

If you believe a payment has been taken in error or the amount is wrong, please email us at admin@accountsdirect.biz with an explanation of why you think the payment is incorrect

We will immediately investigate why the payment has been taken and respond to you within 1 working day
