Through our Business Training Academy you will be able to run our own extensive programme of free-to-attend courses all focused on very important and strategic elements of business that attract potential clients.

We are looking for exceptional people across the UK to join us on our expansion project

We are looking for ‘can do’, ‘hands on’ people with a hunger to develop their own Business Coaching Consultancy within our framework.

You will be working directly with your own portfolio of owner run business and will benefit from extensive initial and ongoing support from Business Steps to establish and grow your business. Ideally you will have experience of coaching/consulting and possess broad business acumen and transferable skills that would help SME business owners and their businesses to grow and thrive.

We will supply you with regular warm leads for you to call and cultivate, organise events and exhibitions for you to attend in order to meet with more potential clients, we will manage all social media platforms and advertising so that you can concentrate on recruiting clients and managing your business

You will also run your local Seminars to inform, educate, and ultimately acquire your client base

When it comes to Grants, Incentives and Training Subsidies etc. – I personally, wouldn’t bother applying as they are lot of hassle and work and they are rarely achieved

Licenses – No real barriers to entry, just normal business issues: finding the right faculty and making the sales. No special Insurance is required, we need to let our insurance company know what we are doing

It is unlikely that we will be able to the government to finance people although there is potential for this as we become established but in the meantime, will have to concentrate in charging students or firms direct, we can allow a monthly Direct Debit

Class size for schools is 30, but for us we just follow the 600mm rule between desks

In regard to formal qualifications, approved training centre status and course materials – there are many organisations that will provide us course material and invite us to register as an accreditation / training centre – we just need to decide who to apply to.
